I’ve had the good fortune of working with Tom Young (FOH audio for Tony Bennett & previously Frank Sinatra) a number of times over the last 10 years. I also own a pair of his piano mic clamps which allow you to place mics inside a piano with the lid down without gaffe tape. He’s seen it all and I’m thankful to have him as a point of reference.
